In 2011, I began publishing my perspectives on work and organizations. Since then I’ve written well over 250 articles. Many of the topics which I address are rooted in the psychology of everyday work life — and the experiences that frustrate, challenge and motivate us. You’ll find advice about how we deal with change, be more productive — and becoming a better manager.

As an organizational Psychologist and coach, I understand the complexities of work life. We all have bills to pay and lives to lead. However, most of us would like to find some meaning and fulfillment along the way.  Experience has taught me that nothing is gained by ignoring who we really are — or what might be standing in our way. Moving forward requires that we acknowledge and embrace these things. This helps us build a strong foundation.
